Ongoing training is not just something we offer as a benefit, it is required. In order for employees to advance their careers within our company, they must continue to train and increase their levels of certification. This helps to keep our staff aware of the latest requirements in completing tasks safely and also educates them on new processes and procedures.
Examples of our advanced certifications are: OSHA 30 Hour Construction – Authorized and Competent Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue – OSHA 30 Hour General Industry – Authorized and Competent Rigging – Confined Space Safety and Rescue. As our employees add these certifications to their qualifications list, they are able to rise in both job level and compensation. This reinforces our efforts to continually preach the zero accident philosophy as well as equips or people with the tools to accomplish this goal.
